Aikido

There are many practical applications of Aikido from a sitting position: We all sit. How does one respond to conflict while seated? We love Aikido. It has been a huge benefit to both of us, both the movement and the wellbeing that comes from practicing Aikido. The fluid nature of the Art provides the possibility to adapt and change to whatever the moment requires.

Molly and Jeramy are both 5th Dans (5th Degree Blackbelt). They teach regularly at their home dojo Aikido Of Penn Valley and are invited guest instructors and teach seminars throughout the US and Europe.

We are developing videos in response to requests by Aikidoists and other martial artists both domestically and internationally who face the issues of training from a wheelchair or with a wheelchair-mobile person. The videos present a "how to" approach to training with significant differently-abled individuals.
